The recipe with salmon and rice has an adjusted fat, protein, and mineral content suitable for aging dogs. Salmon oil provides omega-3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA), which contribute to the care of skin and coat. The addition of L-carnitine supports the maintenance of muscle mass during aging, while antioxidants such as vitamin C, vitamin E, and taurine, and prebiotic components from yeast cell walls (MOS) contribute to the daily support of the body.
