RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase at Clevora. We make every effort to offer you outstanding quality, value for money and excellent service.
If you wish to return an article, or if you have decided not to keep it, please return the items to us within 7 calendar days, in their original packaging with the label. If appropriate, we will exchange the item or items or refund the cost price. All goods must be returned in new and unused condition. Returns are at your own expense. We do not offer free returns.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, and at the latest within 7 days after delivery, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
When reporting damage, please include:
- Photos of the box, with the shipping label clearly visible
- Photos of the inner protection inside the box
- Photos of the damaged product (if more than one item is damaged, please also include a group picture).
Please note that orders shipped on pallets must be returned with the original pallet.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Support@beclevora.com.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
